Activator is a great read and is extremely entertaining. The book is filled with tremendous insights that helped me better understand those I'm trying to lead and the great complexity of the human element in the work place. Thanks to Jason this book has made a real difference in my leadership and has helped me understand my own motivation and engagement. Get the book. It's worth the time and money.
