Just what I needed

This was an easy and delightful listen and just what I needed to help me out of my current mental rut. Curiosity got me to explore this title and I'm glad I did. The author explains her concept of Flow with a personable, quick and easy to understand approach. She has many creative and helpful points and accompanies them with relevant and interesting personal experiences and pop culture correlations. There are activities sprinkled throughout the book that I found enjoyable to do as they were certainly thought provoking. Thoughts I've had collecting dust in the bottom shelf of my brain.
The author was also a fantastic reader which made the explanation of the 8 elements to Flow more interesting. I sincerely felt the genuine encouragement she was providing. The main takeaway is Flow can help change your life if you're willing to let it and it's possible for us all to achieve. My favorite part was the chapter on intuition. Good stuff!
Grab a pen and paper before you start the book. You'll want to take notes :)

What an insightful, well-written and most importantly, FAIR book. This book serves as a great reference guide to the noise and confusing chaos of the first three years of Trump’s presidency. Packed with so much meat, and a good number of LOL moments. Fantastic job to this FIRST-RATE reporter. Highly, highly recommend!

I enjoyed this book so much! It’s entertaining, feelgood and has so much wisdom. I’ve never listened to an audiobook twice but I’m definitely going to with this gem. The readers are superb! Just perfection! Get this book now. You won’t regret it.

Without a doubt, the worst book I have ever, ever read/listened to. The book defies all logic and there is no payoff. What an epic waste of time and I honestly wish I could unread this God awful book.
