Historia
The doorbell rings in the home of a prominent Palm Beach citizen, quickly followed by a shotgun blast that shatters a window, cracking the calm of a cool January night. Rodger Kriger falls to the floor, mortally wounded, leaving a wife and six children. Murder in Palm Beach: The Homicide That Never Died is closely based on a sensational, real murder that happened in the posh oceanside town in 1976. In the thin guise of fiction, the audiobook contains shocking new information never before made public.

I love that the characters showed up and developed over all three parts. and the Mystery kept twisting and had me guessing wrong. it made me want to do my own research and find out which parts were true since I knew it was based on a true story. I live in Florida so it's talked about places that I know. some of the names of places and people were changed but I still knew who they were.

Historia
Our cities are changing. Around the world, more and more money is being invested in buildings and land. Real estate is now a $217 trillion-dollar industry, worth 36 times the value of all the gold ever mined. It forms 60 percent of global assets, and one of the most powerful people in the world - the president of the United States - made his name as a landlord and developer.

story, concept, socialistic promotion was not realistic. united states is and will be capitalistic but we can still provide social programs. pushing this concept will cause uprise of capitalism and they will vote out all social programs

Historia
Everyone says the Elders family are nothing but cheats, thieves, and convicts - a fact 19-year-old Jamie Elders has been trying desperately to escape. She may have the natural talent of a poker savant, but her dreams of going pro and getting the hell out of the tiny town of Blind River, New York, are going nowhere fast - especially when she lands in a huge pile of debt to her uncle Loyal. At Loyal's beck and call until her debt is repaid, Jamie can't easily walk away - not with her younger brother Toby left at his mercy.

movie material

This book is perfect and easy for a movie. It has everything required, Story, intrigue, depth of characters. I loved everything but the name. Blind River? For a story revolving around poker? Nope.
