2- funding terror and insurgency ( Cuba , Elsalvador , Chile , Nicaragua , Panama , iran - mossadeq overthrow , Venezuela - try to stage coup to overthrow Chavez , Libya - may be justified , Syria )
3- support to dictatorships ( all military junta of central and south America , African dictators in guinea and central Africa , shah of iran , all Arab dictators and middle east monarchies )

the presentor lacks charisma . trying to show excitement in the wrong situations .
