Historia
When Eila Doyle first sees the strange boy beckoning in whispers from somewhere deep in her imagination, she questioned her sanity. She was used to seeing strange things with her eyes closed - that's what Eila did all day while strapped to the Blunderbuss, building whatever the Ministry of Manifestation required - but never before have those images felt so real, or so dangerous. After Eila learns the terrible truth about her reality and the monsters inside it, she thinks that maybe madness might be her only escape.

Amazing Story
Revisado: 02-12-17
If you could sum up The Dream Engine in three words, what would they be?
The three words I'd use to describe The Artistic Storytelling Genius.
Would you be willing to try another book from Sean Platt and Johnny B. Truant ? Why or why not?
I would definitely try another book by Sean and Johnny. I am going to try the rest of the invasion series.
Have you listened to any of Ray Chase’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No I have not listened to other Ray Chase's performances that I am aware of. Great narrator.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes I've wanted to listen to this book ever since it came out. I binged over six hours in one sitting.
Any additional comments?
This steampunk book isn't a genre i normally read but I'm a HUGE fan of the authors so I gave it my money and it was worth it. Definitely recommend you give this a chance.

Short and strikes a good tone
Revisado: 01-14-17
If you could sum up UAV, Book 1: Horizon's Wake in three words, what would they be?
The three words I'd use to describe UAV would be Drone, Action and knowledge.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
The ending left me wanting book 2 to be more based around Kate and her adventures.
Have you listened to any of Stephanie Dillard’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have not listened to any other Stephanie Dilard performances but I'd be willing to give her a second chance because her performance with this book was great.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The climax of the book did make me cheer out loud while listening.

Steel City of Heroes Origin Story
Revisado: 01-06-17
What did you love best about The Catalyst?
The characters and the questions asked about life in the steel city. The story was great as well. The doctor character in a different world would be an awesome villain.
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
20% more action throughout the story would make the story amazing.
Which scene was your favorite?
The scene where the historian hooks up with his boss only after a couple of bottles. A close second for when the chem doctor treats the drug dealers.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I had one extreme reaction to this book. The moment made me laugh out loud. It was when the chem. scientist was in the ghetto and treating the drug dealer. I just laughed because I could relate to that whole experience.
Any additional comments?
Don't be on the fence, just dive in and enjoy the story. As I described it a loved one, A great origin story with some action sprinkled in. And Ian McEuen did a great job throughout the book.
