Haunting - and share this with someone you love
Revisado: 11-18-23
After finishing hearing Matthew Perry tell his story, so vulnerably, so honest and so specifically - it broke my heart and also broke my heart open for anyone who on the outside looks “fine” but is hiding a secret they feel they have no way out of.
It’s a memoir and it’s a textbook in what addiction can do to you and the people you love.

In June 2021, the whole world was listening as Britney Spears spoke in open court. The impact of sharing her voice—her truth—was undeniable, and it changed the course of her life and the lives of countless others. The Woman in Me reveals for the first time her incredible journey—and the strength at the core of one of the greatest performers in pop music history. An icon before her time, and still ICONIC
Revisado: 11-06-23
This book is written just like I imagine Britney sounds - and every story, anecdote, lesson, struggle and triumph is the most inspiring read I’ve ever had. She’s so brave. It’s so human. And we need more books and people that are vulnerable and human. I’m so happy she’s free. And this book is superb. Also brava to Michelle Williams for the right-on-tone read.

What is it that made Starbucks an overnight sensation and separated it from other coffee house companies? Why do many products with great product innovation, perfect locations, terrific customer experiences, even breakthrough advertising, fail to get the same visceral traction in the marketplace as brands like Apple and Nike?

Ok but not great
Revisado: 08-14-23
I think it was the narrator that hurt the impact on me the most. The content of the book - the 7 primal codes and the examples were helpful - but read like a drone and it was difficult for me to finish. I’d get the hard copy book to get a better experience.
