I've read the book and listened to the Audible version. I'm very impressed. Madhurnain brings meditation into real life. She clearly explains why meditation is so beneficial and how anyone can practice. The audio tracks coupled with complete instructions on all the Kundalini meditations in the book are a tremendous bonus, making these valuable techniques accessible to all. As a yoga instructor, this is a great addition to my library and I will recommend it to practitioners wishing deeper understanding.
