A light, warm, heartful book. I enjoyed the first book and wished there was more, and was so glad to learn this second book existed. i listened to it right after. Fab charactors and I like the way the author allows is to picture things and feel moments along with the charactors. I recommended it to a friend and also will hold this story in me thru time.

Wow, this was a wonderful listen. The storytelling and stories and voice took me on journies i have never been on before, and i feel every person should hear/read this to know a bit more about the awesomeness of a woman as we are sometimes dismissed, overlooked but are such wisdom sources really.

The long time bookstore, the shy author, the introversion representation, the realness of the love interests and family members and the sweetness of people and pets in this book. Just found out there is another book to read by this author and i am enchanted and excited to dive in.

I so enjoyed the 1st book of the series and deeply wanted to read/hear what happened next. I was SO glad this book is here, and yhat there is another in the series. Lovely characters and book. I like how the author breaks the mold of how men and women “act” in books. Men can be sweet and love Love, and women can be so layered and also bi and queer. Love it.

Helped me a lot

This book is fabulous!!
I love that the author reads her own work and sha has such a rich and full personality that makes me chuckle with her and feel more whole and more embracing of all the emotions which are natural in a day. As a teacher of seniors and couples and as dance musica and language coach my well-roundedness or my tiredness touches each of my students. I have better handle of my feelings, which leads me to being less tired, which leads to more energy and balance to be present with people. Love this book deeply.
