Everything I needed to hear and more. One thing i love about this book is that she was a christian and used bible scriptures in her affirmations. The use of the scriptures makes its simple and easy to understand. This by far is my favorite book to listen to over and over again. I also listen to this at night when im going to sleep so that way i can remember it subconsciously.

I would not call Mr.Cardone a motivational speaker. He is more of a person that challenges your thought process. If you think wrong you'll do wrong, but if you think right you'll do right.
