I read all three books and appreciated the development of the main characters. The story evolves around the main crime with several smaller crimes solved. Fast paced and an enjoyable read. This series was refreshing after many heavy crime stories.

Intense, mind boggling and so many possibilities….

I don’t recall having a smile at the end of a story until the Project Hail Mary. I can not count the number of times I googled for information to understand the periodic tables, the engineering of space craft and a refresher course in math and physics. This story was an adventure that reminded me of Jules Verne’s journeys, only with hundred times the science and the dialogue between 2 species. This is a classic!

Brilliant exposure of the social media communities

The storyline flows between the social media genres and exposes the hidden virtual communities where the crimes are designed in forums and chat sites. Galbraith serial murder revolves around several other cases and the female relationships Cormoran must resolve. Robin’s character has also developed. I am ready for the next Strike installment.

Caught in the dialogue, the characters, the story

The serial killings were not the focus of this drama. The story is delivered through the conversations between the main and secondary characters. Their extreme and human personalities that are believable. I found myself forgiving events and the choices made by several characters and wonder if I would have reacted in the same way.
