Historia
Foreverywhere tells the tale of a young unicorn (perhaps the last on Earth?!) and his quest, along with a Giant named Rick, a spider named Betsy and the guitar-shredding Princess Rainbow, to form the best band in the fantastical world of Anyville. But first, they’ll have to contend with the increasingly strange weather that seems to follow Princess Rainbow everywhere, and a rival band determined to bring them down. Will this group of misfits be able to rise above?

Historia
Roxanna Elden’s “laugh-out-loud funny satire” (Forbes) is a brilliantly entertaining and moving look at our education system. Each new school year brings familiar challenges to Brae Hill Valley, a struggling high school in one the biggest cities in Texas. But the teachers also face plenty of personal challenges and this year, they may finally spill over into the classroom. Recording it all is idealistic second-year history teacher Kaytee Mahoney, whose anonymous blog gains new readers by the day as it drifts ever further from her in-class reality.

Accurate Yearly Progress
Revisado: 03-11-20
If you ever wanted to know what life is like as a Texas public high school teacher, GET THIS BOOK. I cannot overstate the accuracy of just about every situation described in this story.
Teachers, you will feel SEEN. Non-teachers, you will gain a new appreciation for what we deal with every day.

Historia
Single mother Kate Reese is on the run. Determined to improve life for her and her son, Christopher, she flees an abusive relationship in the middle of the night with her child. Together, they find themselves drawn to the tight-knit community of Mill Grove, Pennsylvania. It's as far off the beaten track as they can get. Just one highway in, one highway out. At first, it seems like the perfect place to finally settle down. Then Christopher vanishes. For six awful days, no one can find him. Until Christopher emerges from the woods at the edge of town, unharmed but not unchanged.

Not as Good as it Sounds
Revisado: 11-16-19
This synopsis had me HOOKED. I was so excited for this book. About a third of the way through it started dragging so so badly. There about 30 (THIRTY!) middle chapters that could have been completely cut from the book and it would have been so much more enjoyable. This is probably the first Audible title I’ve ever bought and thought, “Good God, when is this going to end!?”
