Another killer story by j.a.jance
Revisado: 03-21-17
I love how this author can carry and deliver successfully multiple storylines in her books. This book showcases that talent quite well. From the start to finish I stayed engaged and curious. Ms. Jance keeps the plot edgy and her characters are well rounded. I read and listen to her books often and am not disappointed. As for the narrator, Hilary Huber I enjoyed her as well. I've listened to several books that Ms Huber has done and liked them too. I hope to listen to more Jance books on my valued kindle , as I know they are worth my investment of both money and time

Historia
The first storm comes from, of all places, the Minnesota zoo. Two large and very rare Amur tigers have vanished from their cage, and authorities are worried sick that they've been stolen for their body parts. Traditional Chinese medicine prizes those parts for home remedies, and people will do extreme things to get what they need. Some of them are a great deal more extreme than others - as Virgil is about to find out.

Virgie Flowers to the rescue! And Gooo Katya!
Revisado: 02-14-17
Best Virgil Flowers yet. What I adore about John Sandfords novels is the humour he adds to all his mystery/thrillers. And this book about 2 stolen tigers from a Minnesota zoo is no exception. I laughed all through this story especially the last 2chapters. His characters are relatable in their flawed and unique humanness. The action and twist and turns are like a fun, carnival ride. I began reading the Prey books in the late 1980's and I still anticipate every new book whether it's a Davenport or Flowers novel. I gave this book 5 stars because the action was tempered with grand, oddball characters and a crazy, twisty plot and also had me lmao throughout the story. Well done Mr Sandford. Keep the books coming.

Another longmire winner
Revisado: 10-23-16
I give this book 5 stars for plot, characters, dialogue and narration. Mr Johnson incorporates wit and realism into his character's dialogue. His characters have both heart and brains. His plots are unique with a mixture of suspense and comedy that I personally prefer. And Mr Guidall's narration is icing. Another Walt Longmire winner, and I anticipate the next book with relish.
