Historia
The Republic of San Magnolia has long been under attack from the neighboring Giadian Empire's army of unmanned drones known as the Legion. After years of painstaking research, the Republic finally developed autonomous drones of their own, turning the one-sided struggle into a war without casualties-or at least, that's what the government claims. In truth, there is no such thing as a bloodless war. Beyond the fortified walls protecting the eighty-five Republic territories lies the "nonexistent" Eighty-Sixth Sector.

But exciting new research proves there is a right time to do just about everything, based on our biology and hormones. As Dr. Michael Breus proves in The Power of When, working with your body's inner clock for maximum health, happiness, and productivity is easy, exciting, and fun.

The Power of Understanding
Revisado: 03-04-20
This book is full of interesting view points to take away on your day to day life. I did learn a lot about when to do things and to what personality fits me. I recently begun doing something different in life which is a little bit of Lion and Bear and have been very productive through life. I wonder if there is any possibilities of hybrids that Michael can talk about.

Unexpected journey
Revisado: 03-04-20
(I did receive this book for free for an honest review)
The Narration of the story was well done. I felt like Bronson did a great job with bringing emotion into the story. As well as him bringing out voices to difference the characters. The pace that he spoke was well done and was able to keep up without pausing or going back to re listen.
For the story I thought it was interesting for being my first Space Opera Noir theme book I have listen too. It was a really treat to see how the story played out. Also how the events have unfolded into what happens through the story. With saying that there was a few times that I got confused on whose point of view we were talking about. Maybe just take a better pace or pause before jumping right to another persons view. I do still want to see the next books coming out and see what happens to all the main characters.

Felt like a good Cozy up to a fire place book
Revisado: 10-06-19
I did get this book free for a fair review.
The way that Simon Vance narrated the story was really attention grabbing and very clear to understand. It really put me in a place of laying down next to a fireplace and really putting my focus in to the story. Now saying that there was a few times I found myself drifting off and had to take a break before getting into the story.
For the story it progressed really well and detailed. A lot of the characters were nicely laid out over the chapters and not rushed. Also I enjoyed the setting of the place and when I had questions they were answered later on.

Following the instructions on his vision-impairing screens, he "slotted" his Xatherite and changed his fate: He gained the ability to cast spells. Interesting Read
Revisado: 09-03-19
For having a book read out like a video game, it was a fun experience. For me personally I have played video games and this took a new aspect of that. It was fun seeing a POV perspective and enjoying the actions that I would possibly do and lets not forget when the upgrades come out and thought it was funny when the voice actually talked about every upgrade detail. The Pace was well met and great with the action and the story of the book.

Stepping out
Revisado: 09-03-19
Stepping out of my Usual Fantasy Sci-Fi books I usually go for and got this on the deal of the day.
For the narration of the story I believe it was well done with projecting the emotions and what the characters are feelings at the time of the situations and events that happen. One thing I would suggest is probably take a few more seconds on the pauses but pauses are something I enjoy.
For the story line really enjoyed the progression and development of the character. I am one who likes the slow introduction of the characters and understanding them all a little at the time. In the end it was great to get the perspective as the beast because sometimes its great to get an idea of what others are thinking, feeling and acting about.

Yazid Valerion is alone with the truth, but his warnings fall on deaf ears. Eons ago, the Dead God promised a world of ash, and the time of that prophecy is now at hand. His only hope is to cross the sea with his few followers in search of ancient enemies, the Meites, and pray he can sway them to his cause. But the Meites are no mere mortals; they are powerful sorcerers prone to outbursts of destructive terror. Even if he can find them, there's no guarantee they won't slaughter him and his men upon first sight.

Keeps me wanting more
Revisado: 07-02-19
I did get the book for free for an Honest review.
First off lets give claps to Ralph Lister, and his voice through this book and maybe the series. Ralph has one of the most unique qualities of a narrative which is pacing. The way he speaks and pauses at the right moments pulls you in and has you hooked. The voice he uses gets you sucked right into the action, but can be hard to distinguish the characters.
With the story:
I really enjoyed the variance of the characters and even though the begining was slow and seemed like the characters were typical and following typical tropes, but they soon bloomed to become their own identities towards the end. I would enjoy learning about the land a little bit more but was contempt with what was provided. I will be following this book series and can not wait for the 2nd book soon. Also now I will be following Ralph Lister and his stories he has voiced for.

Short and settle
Revisado: 06-29-19
Through this short story what I think can be a great point is focus on a single view point. Having too many view points can make the characters seem too clustered. I listened through my phone and didnt have the static problem but when put close it was there. Overall good story but maybe have a single focus point

Overall Well done
Revisado: 06-22-19
When Listing to this book all the main characters and even some of the side characters you are about to get get all three components of a story, you were about to get the emotions that each character was feeling when doing things against their will or fighting for something, you were about to get a sense of the surroundings because it was described well, and you were about to get the peoples inner thoughts to see what they are thinking. With all the detail and characters there was a few times that I felt lost but was able to catch up later on. Cant wait for more of this series and see what improvements are going to happen.
For the Narrating it was well done and enjoyed the pace and voice. It was easy to understand and had good emotions at the points when is needed cant wait to hear more from him.
