Of all the books, this is the one! My fav! The narrators are really good. Dion better calm down. So communicative when it really counts. 😜 Looking forward to the next. The story was good. Whew! The daddy had me wanting to jump through my phone, I was so mad. 😂

Let me tell you something. Not my typical read. This was good. I started with book one and before I could even finish book 2, I was already thinking about Kennedy and Kate’s story. 😂 Good read. New favorite word. Crotchety. 😂

I really enjoy the work of these two narrators. The two stories being played out is interesting. I’ve read previous reviews. Some folks really don’t read the trigger warnings. It ain’t for the faint of heart, but it isn’t too over the top as some make it out to be. Not bad. I’ll continue to book two.

This was so good. This series is great! I need to know if there will be fifth book. Addicted! Great plots. Lots of twists. Great narrators. Read it!

This could have been a novella.

No. No. No. Buyer beware. If you do purchase, read first five chapters and pick up half way through chapter 22 or skip to the last two chapters. I’m not going on in the series. The 40+ minute sneak peak into the next book was more entertaining/informative than the entirety of book one. In the book it’s repeated that “you know nothing”. The reveal at the very end left me thinking, “Okay, and?!”. SMH. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Daaaaamn. The end of chapter 48 was like a punch to the gut! Not sure why it stunned me, but daaaaaamn.

All the narrators did such a great job. The stories are really well thought out. Lots of twists and turns. There was just one thing that I knew would never happen, but the story is fiction. I get it. This was worth every credit. Very suspenseful. Look forward to reading more from this author.

PLOT! PLOT! PLOT!
The drama! Rafael was a real POS. Don’t get me started on Pakhan’s son. Whew!
Shout out to Kale and Lisa. Covered some gruesome themes and did a good job narrating. This is the second book I read by Faith Summers. Looking forward to reading more of her work.

Not gonna lie. I wasn’t sure about this one. Instead, I read all the way through and quite quickly, if I may add. Some many twists and turns. I don’t even know who to trust. Narrators are 👍🏽👍🏽! On to the next one. Also, I want a Marilyn in my life!
