A great IFS read
Revisado: 07-04-23
This is a well-written book that provides a very thorough introduction to IFS. I read this as I was reading No Bad Parts and I thought the two books worked well together.

Wonderful 2nd book by Bill Allen
Revisado: 06-06-22
This is a great follow-up book to the author's first book which completely helped me understand my nature. The performance of this book is great. I enjoy listening to Benjamin Fife's pleasing voice as he reads through the author's writing. And, I enjoyed the writing style which offered practical examples and well-researched information. There is an incredible amount to ponder in this book and I will likely end up listening to it many times, just like I did with the first book.
