If you could sum up Dawnflight in three words, what would they be?

Exciting, enthralling, enlightening.

What other book might you compare Dawnflight to and why?

DAWNFLIGHT does for Guinevere (Gyanhumara) what Marion Zimmer Bradley's MISTS OF AVALON did for Morgan le Fay: it rehabilitates the character from centuries of bad press and delivers a plausible and historically accurate account while remaining faithful to the core legends and mythology.

What does Dorothy Dickson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Dorothy Dickson's delightful native Scots accent marvelously enhances Gyan's viewpoint sections, and those of her clansmen, and her vocal choices for Arthur and the other characters bring the story to life in ways I had never dreamed possible. And her pronunciation of the foreign terms and names is absolutely indispensable to the experience.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

It is difficult to select just one moment! Though the conclusion to Chapter 29 does come to mind... ;-)
