So much love for this book!!

I'm new to this author and I am hooked. I thought the story line was intriguing and as the book developed I feel my emotions rising. The twists and turns kept me guessing and the romance was spot on.
This gave me all the feels....Give it a try.

It's a Good One!

This was my first of Ms. Stewart's books and I loved it.
Enemies to Lovers is a troupe I thoroughly enjoy, and this one didn’t disappoint. The chemistry between Mark and Fiona was hot and I felt it when they finally did the deed.
Mark has a heart of gold and is perfect for Fiona and her insecurities. Fiona is spunky, sassy and relatable. I love how she banters with her “Big Man”. I found Fiona's self talk so hilarious I often laughed right out loud.
The strength these Carolina women have was not lost on me especially the transformation of Marks Mom. I look forward to the rest of the series.

I can't believe I finished this book. I kept hoping it would get better. And I'm not a quitter.
Possible spoilers below.
I know this is a work of fiction, however you would have to be living in a fantasy to even relate to this book. I mean come on, all of the "notes" from other characters in the book were ridiculous; ESPECIALLY the chocolate bar!!
This book that has a length of 11 hrs and 25 mins on Audible should of ended in under 3 hrs.
Seriously a waste of time.
I'm so glad this wasn't my first book by L.J. Shen; I usually love her writing.
