Historia
We used to think being a woman had something to do with biology, but the nation’s top experts keep assuring us that is definitely not the case. So Matt decided to do what no man had done before. He sat down with the experts and asked them directly. Join Matt on his often comical yet deeply disturbing journey as he answers the question generations before us never knew they needed to ask: What is a woman?

Great book. Great listen.

I’m not much one for writing reviews. But this was an excellent book to listen to as read by the author. Informative, disturbing at times, and enlightening. Well done. SBGFL

Is this a joke?
Revisado: 11-29-19
If this is a joke, then okay. It's pretty damn funny. But if this is not a joke, which I suspect it is not, this is the worst pile of spit I have ever heard from Audible. It has 100 obviously fake reviews and I see why. I see why the price was so low. I get it, buyer beware.
I can't tell if this is just a terrible translation into English from Italian or if the "author" simply spoke into his iPhone and relied on voice to text and auto correct, but approximately 15% of the words, phases, and sentences literally make no grammatical sense and have no continuity. What is strangely interesting is that there are about 3 times throughout the reading that the author actually made sense and his little nuggets of wisdom were spot on. But 95% of the content is just worthless babble.
There was 0% post production editing in the sound booth. The book is 1:45 hours and that is exactly how long it took to narrate it. It seems as if it was done in one take. You can tell because the narrator clears his throat on several occasions without editing. He mispronounces words constantly and has no rhythmic cadence to his voice at all. He reminds me of John McCrea, the lead singer of the band Cake, who similarly sounds like as if he'd rather be somewhere else.
I definitely recommend that you DON'T waste your money on it, but hey, do whatever you want to do. But seriously, read all the 100 review before mine and tell me you believe they are real. And this "author" has other books as well! Oh well, I hope he enjoys my $5.95. I'll give it to him, he certainly pulled one over on me.

Historia
The Galahad, a faster-than-light spacecraft, carries 50 scientists and engineers on a mission to prepare Kepler 452b, Earth's nearest habitable neighbor at 1400 light years away. With Earth no longer habitable and the Mars colony slowly failing, they are humanity's best hope. After 10 years in a failed cryogenic bed - body asleep, mind awake - William Chanokh's torture comes to an end as the fog clears, the hatch opens, and his friend and fellow hacker, Tom, greets him...by stabbing a screwdriver into his heart. This is the first time William dies.

EXCELLENT STORY WITH MINIMAL CHARACTERS
Revisado: 11-05-19
Great science fiction and really fun to listen to. The story was well constructed and I really appreciate the use of only 3 characters throughout. I can't stand stories with too many characters to remember or even care about. This was definitely one of my favorite audiobooks of all time. The story was exciting and very engaging.

The best audiobook ever
Revisado: 08-03-19
This is one you can listen to over and over and over again. It’s filled with so much information and good tools to use throughout your daily life. I recommend this audiobook to anyone of any political persuasion or ideology. The only way possible you would not get any useful information out of this audiobook is if you simply weren’t breathing.

Steve Martin is absolutely hilarious in this dry-witted narration. I don't want to give anything away or spoil it for anyone, so I just say that it was extremely enjoyable.

It gave me a lot of insight and some great investment strategies. I am not fortunate or educated enough to be a financial and investment wizard the way Jordan is, so I found this audiobook extremely helpful. Jordan narrates it so it is easy to follow along.

The Importance of Being Earnest: Free Performance

Historia
This final play from the pen of Oscar Wilde is a stylish send-up of Victorian courtship and manners, complete with assumed names, mistaken lovers, and a lost handbag. Jack and Algernon are best friends, both wooing ladies who think their names are Ernest, "that name which inspires absolute confidence." Wilde's effervescent wit, scathing social satire, and high farce make this one of the most cherished plays in the English language.

Awful and pretentious
Revisado: 09-25-12
What disappointed you about The Importance of Being Earnest: Free Performance?
The story was just awful. I can see why it was free. If I had paid for it, I would demand my money back because of how much it sucked.
Would you ever listen to anything by Oscar Wilde again?
No.
Would you listen to another book narrated by the narrators?
Sure.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Yes. The best part of it was when I pressed stop.
Any additional comments?
No.
