Historia
A devastating attack by the lich Quatach-Ichl has left Zorian and Zach reeling as their remaining restarts tick away. As they recover, they make preparations for their final confrontations with Red Robe, the lich, the primordial being, and the invaders—all within the shadow of a question they can’t answer: can Zorian and Zach both survive outside the time loop? When the time loop is broken, sacrifices will be made, bonds will be tested, and trust will be more important than any magical skill or power—and even then, success is not guaranteed.

Best Modern Fantasy Epic
Revisado: 04-14-23
My absolute favorite fantasy epic in a slightly modern setting and very creative world.
I followed the web novel since before Arc 2 finished and have reread it fully twice now and have loved every bit of it.
I've been so happy to support the author and have loved reexperiencing the novels through audio.
If I must be critical then there's still minor typo fumbles such as, "The old witch," instead of ,"The old lich," but I'm okay with that as it's what you sometimes get in even the best web novels.
May the author continue to explore this world in the future and others besides.
Cheers.

Historia
Harry has faced terrible odds before. He has a long history of fighting enemies above his weight class. But this time it’s different. A being more powerful and dangerous on an order of magnitude beyond what the world has seen in a millennium is coming. And she’s bringing an army. The Last Titan has declared war on the city of Chicago and has come to subjugate humanity, obliterating any who stand in her way. Harry’s mission is simple but impossible: Save the city by killing a Titan.

Minor Gripe
Revisado: 02-06-23
I would have to listen to the whole thing again but there were parts of the audio that were cut short. Mainly that a word would be half said and abruptly stop in a jarring manner.
So the recorded audio and performance was good but whoever did the final audio edit and draft wasn't as careful as they should have been. Honestly a bit sloppy and unprofessional.

Overall Great But Issues With Editing
Revisado: 01-03-23
I noticed an editing issue that happened several times. The last word of a sentence would get cutoff halfway through and it felt jarring when the next sentence would start right from the cutoff.
I don't know what happened but that's some sloppy editing.
Other than that I enjoyed it as much as the other books.
I do wish there was some more focus on the side characters such as the people that got transported because of the sabotaged summoning. I'm hoping that's in the next book.

Historia
Unbeknownst to him, Ray is about to partake on an adventure filled with magical beasts, warring factions, and a leveling-up system out of this world. He'll encounter filthy bandits, musty crypts, and friendly werewolves. Oh, you heard us right. If only he wasn't given negative charisma points around women, he might have a chance, but you can't win them all.

Overall okay but performance could have been bette
Revisado: 12-20-22
The dialogue performance was good but the narration cadence and overall performance felt off. It never stopped bothering me.

A Unique Take On Established Genres
Revisado: 03-10-22
While the living on an MMO, trapped in one or some such has been done well and done poorly this story takes it in a new direction.
It mixes the genre with future apocalypse grounded sci-fi and a splash of potential dystopia that is the protagonist's goal to prevent.
All the tech is probable without any technobabble and you can look up the terms yourself to see early stuff already in development. Something usually lacking in these genres.
The mind uploading tech is vague but still follows what I just outlined. Neuromorphic and memristor hardware is already in development.
The story itself is not groundbreaking but the way it's presented is still entertaining.
If you decide to listen I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Historia
Jack Mitchell knows he won't survive the impact of the massive asteroid hurtling towards Earth. He's not one of the handful of lucky lottery winners scheduled for rescue. But he did luck into a NexGenVR capsule, which means Jack can risk a one-way trip to the world of Viridan Gate Online (V.G.O.), an ultra-immersive fantasy role-playing game. Taking that leap of faith, though, means permanently trapping his mind in the game and killing his body in the process.

Predictable and Boring
Revisado: 02-21-22
Writing is okay but far too wordy. If I took a shot for every time the word secret and mystery was used I'd be dead.
The male characters were weird and completely unrelatable or believable. Who even thinks like that?
I'm sure some people would enjoy it but to me it was almost a waste of time.
