The tips offered in this audio book were simple to understand because an explanation of why the suggested tip would be effective to incorporate was given. We have to remember that everyone in the audience will grab the presented material in different manners in order to digest it and act on it. Helping them do so by employing different presentation delivery methods is a great tip.
The only slightly annoying thing about this audio book is the pause music.

The ideology presented by way of the descriptive historical and organic evolution of Zappos is nothing short of supremely interesting, inspiring and tremendously entertaining!! It has provided me additional motivation to continue building from bottom-up to meet top-down in concerted efforts to consistently improve the customer experience at the corporation for which I work.
This book is so very easy to listen to at any time while you're doing anything that doesn't require a strong focus. I had it done in a weekend.
You'd certainly do yourself an injustice to miss listening to this audiobook!!
