It's only 12 minutes worth of content but in that 12 minutes there a load of different activities you can run to kick off a workshop or start a meeting or trainign course. Lots of fun stuff in there and it's quite cheap.

The first book for agile teams

This is the first book I've found that actually focuses on the team themselves rather than any other role that interacts with the team. I like Geoff's voice and there is so much stuff in here that can be used straight away that I almost don't know where to start. It's a bit weird to have him talk about the cards because they are so visual but I figure I will just buy them separately

Clever and useful

I was a bit skeptical at first but I was recommended this book by a colleague and I was surprised at how clever and useful the theory and games were. I used a few of them with my team and they enjoyed them and they even helped us get better.
