Maybe I'm just getting bored with the series but I felt like there were too many storylines going.

Great, better than first!
Revisado: 05-12-14
What did you love best about Prized?
the love triangle, 32 games, Leon winning the game and having Maya as his prize.
Have you listened to any of Carla Mercer-Meyer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No. I thought her performance was just fine... this one wasn't as bad as the first, but I do think whoever was in charge of editing did a crap job. Again, at least in the first audiobook there as a lot of background noise (like something fell, turning pages, Carla taking breaths in-between lines)
Any additional comments?
I couldn't stop listening to it! Stayed up half the night, I was so intrigued!

Historia
City of Fallen Angels take up where City of Glass left off. With Valentine out of the way, Clary thought she and Jace could finally be together--but when someone starts murdering the Shadowhunters who used to be in Valentine's Circle and leaving their bodies around New York City in a manner designed to destroy the new peace between Downworlders and Shadowhunters, she realizes the past can never be left entirely behind.

Yawn, narrators didn't help
Revisado: 12-25-13
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
I listened to it with in a long lazy day, so it kept me entertained while doing house work and what not... well spent.
Would you be willing to try another book from Cassandra Clare? Why or why not?
Yes, I did like the other books in this series but for sure this one has been my least favorite.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Ed Westwick and Molly C. Quinn ?
The previous narrator was great in my opinion. I get that Jace was supposed to be mopy but the way Ed played him, he was so dry and boring. Also I felt like his accent was going in and out, I found that distracting. Molly was ok... but I didn't feel like she gave much to it.
Could you see City of Fallen Angels being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
Sure, if they continue with the movies... but somehow I doubt that it will (I would love that though!)
Any additional comments?
I found this book boring and not very climatic.
