this book was more like a pamphlet of common sense things more geared towards young and healthier people, with a good portion basically talking about exercising and prioritizing your health because if you lose health you've lost your main wealth. For those of us who have already been stricken with illness/ disease such as battle with cancer, MS, other autoimmune diseases, etc who despite chronic illness, wish to work towards a world class life best as possible, this is not the right book/resource; was more like an insensitive slap in the face.

overuse of "one" and "individual"

this book has a major overuse of the words "one" and "individual" when referring to a person. this occurs so frequently it is distracting and after 3/4 of the way into the book, just irritating. The ideas in the book could have been summed up in a much shorter way, even a few lists. The book is also written in a very impersonal manner as though writing about a specimen rather than a person. Overall, learned very few new concepts from this book and felt was a waste of my time.
