Historia
In this world you will have trouble. Count on it! It might be something small or something big, but you know you don't have an answer. You've come to a realization: There is a limit to what you can do alone. For such times as these, 2 Chairs asks three vital questions: Does God know your situation? Is it too hard for him to handle? Does he have a good plan for you?

Grow closer to God. Listen more than asking
Revisado: 08-19-24
This big lesson that stood out to me was at times we only pray and talk to God when it is convenient for us, and we expect him to answer us at the time in which we cry out or pray. But really it’s all about being still and listening to his word as he already knows our situation. We have to find time and put it into play to talk with God but most importantly to LISTEN to his words and impressions.

Historia
In keeping with the parable style, Patrick Lencioni begins by telling the fable of a woman who, as CEO of a struggling Silicon Valley firm, took control of a dysfunctional executive committee and helped its members succeed as a team. Story time over, Lencioni offers explicit instructions for overcoming the human behavioral tendencies that he says corrupt teams. Succinct yet sympathetic, this guide will be a boon for those struggling with the inherent difficulties of leading a group.

Every company has the 5 dis-functions of a team
Revisado: 08-15-24
This book has opened my eyes in considering how to effectively grow a team and my personal executive team to be whole. These Five disfunction’s are something that no one will be able to replicate without putting in the effort and investing in conversation with your 1st and 2nd team. Use this as a constant reminder where your emotions, actions, and goals should be for success.
