How unlikable everyone is in this situation

Lots of bad life decisions here. It's one reason women who have professional credentials should never give them up. That way they can always support themselves, even when their husbands make stupid choices. The victim was awful, but as always, didn't deserve to be murdered. This was mostly a vehicle for Nancy to make money. No deep dive into the forensics or anything like that. she also wants people to believe she is innocent so that's what this book is doing.

Interesting Cold Case

By the 4th hour, some of the phone interviews went on so long, it was tiring to listen. Some of the clips were replayed too many times. I applaud the young woman for going on a journey of self improvement while trying to find her Mother's cause of death.

They're going to need some more bad guys for book 2.

Four stars for what it is. Suspend belief and enjoy the ride. The story got my heart rate up in a few places. Other parts were somewhat corny, but you can write emails while those parts are on. One of the best thrillers I've listen to in awhile.

This Series is Wonderful.

This is exactly the kind of mystery series I love. It's character driven with an intriguing mystery going on in the background. We see Cash grow over time. She has clearly been through some trauma, but she moves forward and does not put herself in the role of the victim. This is done so well on so many levels. I hope the author continues to write this series for many more books. I am waiting to listen to book 3 in the series as a treat to myself and in the hope that book 4 will be out before I finish book 3.

Great First Book of an Interesting series

Best Podcast in a long time

Great story telling without the hype and hysteria so many podcasts have. The story is coherent and without constant repeating of the same sensational sound bites. I would listen to any story Sean Flynn tells. Well done and a great tribute to all those involved in the final trip of the Ranger
