Presumably, you have some sort of expertise in the area, you have someone on your team who is knowledgeable, or you'll be hiring somebody who does. This book provides some of the lessons I've learned over my 35-year career about managing consulting projects.

Not good as an Audiobook

Good listen besides advertising & missing appendix

The book is good material but a llittle pitchy. The author owns a company that he seems to sneak into most of the lists of companies that he provides as "useful resources" but only once discloses that he owns the company. He also refers to an appendix saying that all of the resources that are referred to in the book are in a concise list, however this list is not available for the audio book as a chapter that is read or download from the audible or any other site as most audio books have with this type of material. But I do think that a list in the appendix or provided as a static resource from Audible would be outdated very quickly. So maybe have the material available from a source that could be updated like a website.
