Historia
When Eileen McKusick began offering sound therapy in her massage practice she soon discovered she could use tuning forks to locate and hear disturbances in the energy field, or biofield, that surrounded each of her clients. She found these energetic disturbances correlated with the emotional and physical traumas her clients had experienced throughout their lives, the biofield acting as a record of pain, stress, and trauma from gestation onward.

Read it AGAIN!
Revisado: 03-10-25
I have never listened to a book so fast. Well to be fare, I listened at 1.5x yet any chance I got, I was tapping into the read.
The stories Mel told especially the vulnerability of her close family, made this listen so relatable.
I still struggle with the let me part and so, I will listen again, and a again. Most importantly, I have put this to practice and I already heard a MASSIVE shift with my husband on a topic today. Some of you may relate, it has to do with comments as the back seat driver LOL (I can be that back seat driver)

While the world seems to be in love with the idea of tiny houses and minimalism, many of us simply can't purge it all and start from nothing. Yet a home with too much stuff is difficult to maintain, so where do we begin? Add in paralyzing emotional attachments and constant life challenges, and it can feel almost impossible to make real decluttering progress.

White, like Berry White
Revisado: 12-17-23
Dana's book was such a smooth listen, a lot like Berry White's voice. LOL
OK but on a serious note, Dana uncomplicates the task. She tells you from your side of the piles, how to get started and how to rationalize what's happening in your head. She helps you make decisions on items rather than the dreaded famous 4 words," I'll do it later."
A must read for all of my client, as a Professional Organizer.

Revisado: 01-22-23
Thia was referred by a close friend of mine. I can count on one hand how many books I have picked up and couldn't put down. This one was almost addictive! I enjoyed having two narrative voices. However, it would have even been better to have Jeremy voice read by a man vs. Verity LOL
I'm looking forward to reading another one of Colleens' books!

Historia
For years Ryder Carroll tried countless organizing systems, online and off, but none of them fit the way his mind worked. Out of sheer necessity, he developed a method called the Bullet Journal that helped him become consistently focused and effective. Then it went viral. To his astonishment, Bullet Journaling is now a global movement. The Bullet Journal Method is about much more than organizing your notes and to-do lists. It's about what Carroll calls "intentional living": weeding out distractions and focusing your time and energy in pursuit of what's truly meaningful.

I really enjoyed this book. I haven't checked out the PDF and yet many times I thought I definitely need to go there. I was also excited that there is an app to help keep you accountable along with a communityto gain inspirationand support. I am looking forward to finding out more on that and keeping this book in my Library for future reference.
