Sweet love story. Loved how the main characters matured and came to love each other.

The epilogue closed the story beautifully.

Exasperating. Not for me.

I enjoyed parts of the book, but the male main character was extremely frustrating. There's only so much you can take of repeating the same thing over, and over, then in one fell swoop, everything is fixed in the blink of an eye. When I got to the "Happily Ever After" I was just frustrated, that I didn't get to enjoy it.

This book has many positive reviews, so please don't let my less than stellar one stop you from listening. This story was just not for me.

Nice and short

I enjoyed everything in this story. Love found, then lost, then found again. With this happening through the years. Until they finally have it out and and told their truths, clarified misunderstandings, and finally got their Happily Ever After.

This was an enjoyable book to listen for the most part. There were a few exceptions like the frustrating stubbornness of a main character on matters of life and death. I just can't abide when a character that is supposed to be smart is written at a certain point doing extremely stupid things.

NOT FOR ME

Many things frustrated me about this book, particularly the way the main characters tackle the issue of somebody trying to kill one of them. How many times do you have to go through almost dying to know that it isn't coincidence and/or accidents, but somebody REALLY trying to kill you? Also, after almost dying for the umpteenth time, you let a person who doesn't belong to your household take care of your almost dead spouse. REALLY? And some of the narrator's male voices just grated on my nerves.

This audiobook has a LOT of positive reviews, so don't let my less than stellar one keep you from listening to it, it just was not for me.

My favorite from this series so far. The story had a good pace, the villains get their comeuppance, and as always, a wonderful epilogue and a great Happily Ever After.

Please don't let my less than stellar review prevent you from listening to this story. It just wasn't for me.

The resolution to the villain problem was too abrupt while other situations were too slow, and sometimes unnecessary.

I also didn't get the chemistry between the two main characters. Then again, that's just my opinion. Other listeners seemed to have enjoyed the book very much.
