I don't know what it is about this book but for some reason my mind went into overdrive getting distracted while listening to this. Had to rewind more than any other audio book. That being said what I did manage to catch sounded like good info and it was a fascinating story about the make up company.

I think Teal did well here with all the details from the stories to the tools to help you love yourself. Although twice she mentioned using pictures once instead of visualization someone like myself with aphantasia will have a harder time making full use of all the tools that require mental images do to because our minds cannot
