very informative, but..

I really enjoyed this audio book and found it to be pretty helpful actually, it felt sort of like a conversation with a friend.
however,
I thought there was just annoyingly too much swearing. its cool I get why it's there but it just distracted me most of the time since there was swearing like nearly every sentence. towards the end of the book it got better.
it was just distracting and unnecessary and made it feel a bit horribly cheesy/cringy at times.
