Sums up the "new" normal as it relates to her.

I could really connect with what the author was saying in this book. She was down to earth and gives her view on life as it has changed. I enjoyed the journaling prompts at the end of each chapter. They truly made me think and connect with inner self. Awesome book. Well worth the read!!!.
