Davina Porter's performance is spot on...sometimes I forget it's just one person reading the book!
The storyline is wonderful, I love historical fictions and this one is a favorite. I also loved the surprise's at the end!
There is nothing better when an audio book has both a great writer and performer. Great job!

Not only is the story line great the performance is too! I hope that there will be a sequel because this book is perfect for one, I honestly don't want the story to stop! it's one of those story lines that doesn't feel rushed or as though the author just threw an ending in at the last minute. I want to know what happens next, hurry and write another or maybe 10 more... Good job!

The performer has a great voice... and he performed so well that it sounds as if it is his own story! I have actually listened to it twice, and it's just as funny and interesting as the first time, love the book! I can't wait for another one.

Way btter than expected!!!

I really enjoyed this book! I was having a hard time getting hooked in the first chapter, but it got better and better. I enjoyed the story from the perspectives of different people as it kept the book interesting and flowing well. I would have to say the only negative is the Natasha Ryan character, but that is only from my personal perspective; I find her dull and petty. The up side is that she is a small player in this story. Maybe she will be a better character in the next series; I'll let you know because I've already downloaded it!
