Found this book while listening to a podcast, which happened to be on the day this book was released, so I took that as a clear sign to download. I finished in a couple of days! I just wanted to keep listening. It was fun to listen to, and I learned a good amount.

Absolutely the kick in right direction!

I got this book on pre-order and I have relistened to chapters so many times. Each time I didn't feel motivated to do something I put on this book, when I need to exercise but didn't feel like it I put on this book and so forth. The voice is soothing(Thank you Dave ) the content doesn't always apply to my life(Not a parent) but the words of affirmation with the reason behind the truth does. I always look at my life differently each time I listen.
I 100% recommend this book to anyone who wants to get out of bad habits, who wants to regain control of anxiety, worries, depression etc. Also, if something does not apply to you, that does not mean it's not for you, I say this as someone who couldn't always relate but I took the knowledge with me to others it would/could relate too.
