Material - that you should manage your career - is convincing, with a takeaway of some questions to answer. Doesn't fully explain how to answer those questions, but the questions are in themselves useful.

Unlike Deaver's own publications (e.g. Free Agent, No Employee World - which I like), I didn't get the sense that Deaver when narrating was really in the mind of the author. It seems a bit disconnected.
