Cliff Hanger and poor story line

This book could have really been a good one but the story just really did not ring true. The female character is just unbelievable and makes terrible decision. Not worth a credit.

This is a must read!! I never listen to books more than once and I listened to this back to back. It broke my heart then knit it back together. This is exactly what I have been waiting for. I am sad that it's finished. I am hoping for another.....the wait will be endless. Whatever you are doing stop and listen to this magical wonder. Thank you Karen for this wonderful piece of art!

Love these books! Narrator is lacking

Can't wait for the rest of the books to become available but please don't use this narrator again! His male voices are fine but the females are awful. He whispers too much and they sound whiney. If I didn't love the series I would have given up on this one.

The first books I really liked. But this one was terrible. It's like she could only make bad decisions only it made the heroine very annoying. it was difficult to finish this but since I listened to the other 3 I had to finish it.

A MUST LISTEN!!!

This was just a beautiful book and narration. The cover actually put me off....not sure why but it did. So although it was in my recommended section I ignored it for months. I wish I hadn't! I loved this book and the narration was great. Tormented love gets me every time! Worth the credit!

Narration ruined this book

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

The story was not bad per say. The narration was terrible. Many words are improperly pronounced.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

A better narration would have made it much better.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Jill Tanner?

Nicole Poole is a favorite of mine.

What character would you cut from So I Married a Sorcerer?

All characters were likeable.

I really struggled to finish this the narrator was terrible. The voices made me cringe. The book was good and entertaining but I would pass on this as a listen. I would definitely recommend reading the book. With a different narrator I think it could have been great.
