Every morning Boone Daniels is out with the Dawn Patrol: four men and one woman as single-minded about surfing as he is, or nearly. Don't waste your time
Revisado: 10-11-16
Would you try another book from Don Winslow and/or Ray Porter?
It would have to have a better story and less thing's that doesn't matter, the whole story could have been read in 2 hrs or less, and you need a pencil and paper to see who is the bad guy and who is the good one.....it wavered too much from the plot of the story, not worth a credit or a reduced price
Would you ever listen to anything by Don Winslow again?
Depend's on what the book is about
What didn’t you like about Ray Porter’s performance?
The narrator was good no problem with him
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Dawn Patrol?
most of them like I said the whole book could have been read in 2 hrs or less
Any additional comments?
Glad I got it at a very low cost.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Dark Light of Day to be better than the print version?
I don't do the print version
What other book might you compare The Dark Light of Day to and why?
It's one of a kind, I haven't come across one like it, and it's truly a very good book with how people that have been tortured in their life finally get their revenge.
What does Christian Fox and Lucy Rivers bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I thought the narration was good, I had no trouble knowing who was talking, I think they did a fine job
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I did both
Any additional comments?
I read some of the reviews and I think, in my opinion that this book is well worth the money or the credit, you won't be dissapointed.

I'm back and forth with matching up husband, wife, son, grandparents, and I am still totally confused. can't figure out who Henry was, just that he got killed on the plane and involved with someone, but who???? need a family tree I guess, if anyone can enlighten me, I appreciate it, other than just reading it for the third time.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Merrill, Loralee, Gibbs, Owen, the only one's I understand
What about Therese Plummer and Susan Bennett ’s performance did you like?
I thought the narration was very good
Who was the most memorable character of The Sound of Glass and why?
Loralee, because she never gave up until the end
