Historia
In 2059, two vastly different groups of people portrayed by the compelling trio of Brendan Fraser (Academy Award winner), Luke Kirby (Emmy Award winner), and Vanessa Sears (Dora Award winner) undergo cryonic suspension. While their bodies are frozen, their minds, still active and awake, are uploaded into a massive quantum computer. The first group are all astronauts, about to leave Earth on a one-way interstellar colonization mission. The second group consists of convicted murderers and volunteers who elect to serve their sentences in a virtual-reality prison.

Historia
Debilitating brain disorders are on the rise - from children diagnosed with autism and ADHD to adults developing dementia at younger ages than ever before. But a medical revolution is underway that can solve this problem: Astonishing new research is revealing that the health of your brain is, to an extraordinary degree, dictated by the state of your microbiome - the vast population of organisms that live in your body and outnumber your own cells 10 to one.

In my stomach?
Revisado: 11-14-18
Perlmutter explains in laymen terms the science behind his studies on how our gut biome affects our minds and vice versa. He also gives ideas on how to right the balance with foods. I found this very informative. However, the constant mispronunciation of the bacteria names grated on my nerves. #inmystomach? #Tagsgviving #Sweepstakes

Surprise surprise!
Revisado: 11-14-18
This book pulls you in with an exciting first event, then pulls you along as the daughter tries to unravel the event. There are indications of who the mother might be but a surprise in the end. I exercise while I listen to books and this one kept my mind off of the work I was doing and caused the time to pass quicker! #surprise#youarewrong# #Tagsgiving #Sweepstakes

Revisado: 06-15-13
What made the experience of listening to Multiples of Six the most enjoyable?
well written and performed
What was one of the most memorable moments of Multiples of Six?
surprises
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
yes
Any additional comments?
It is like the book did not end..... there should have been other parts and there is no warning as to the need for a sequel, is there one? I found this very frustrating. It should be clear if this is only part of another book.
I liked the book until the end.

Revisado: 03-16-13
Would you try another book from Elizabeth Haynes and/or Karen Cass?
I found the writing crass and confusing jumping around to different people. I would probably not try another one of these books.
Has Human Remains turned you off from other books in this genre?
No possibly the writer does better at other times.
Have you listened to any of Karen Cass’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I loved the narrators job, her accent and intonations were great!
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
Disappointment and disgust at all the "wanking" and other such terms found in the book.

slowly
Revisado: 08-20-12
Is there anything you would change about this book?
THe story line was very slow to develop and even though it is spies etc.... it seemed dark and depressing. The references to Istanbul are very accurate and the Turkish words are used well.
Would you ever listen to anything by Joseph Kanon again?
Possibly
How could the performance have been better?
more dramatic less monotone.

Revisado: 08-31-11
In this program of 5 points there is a large part which depends on the exercises. The exercises are NOT included anywhere in the book as a file you can find on the internet or in any form. Most audio books handle this by offereing a link where you can at least see the information they are narrating, but with this book you are just out of luck. I contacted the web site and they just said it is the way it is. This is unfortunate since I paid full price for this audio book, just as if I had bought the hard copy. I buy books this way because I live overseas and English books are difficult to come by. I give the book a low review because of this ommission and because of the customer help at Pamela Peeke's official site. They are unwiling to try and right this wrong.
