I’ve been stuck for a while due to me growing up without much guidance and getting pullers different directions in life. I’m happy with how far I’ve made it in life but I still feel stuck. Of the many self help books I’ve read or listens to have have come and gone, this one has stuck with me. The perspective given and many examples and definition that were repeated spoke to me and my life. I gained a sense of renwal just from slightly applying some of the methods while listening. I will relisten to this book and apply methods that I have learned. I am young…. But I want the best for my life and the people around me.
