worth the money if you want some of the fundamentals he wrote about. I believe the original book has some extra stuff but it's not necessary for this and would be redundant to include here. if you want to spend the extra 4 to 5 hundred dollars for that information it is in the original book written back in the 1990s. otherwise the reprints and audio will not have it. but this is the main information you need to hear. it gives you the outline of what he has read in the majestic papers while in the service of the navy as a naval intelligence officer. it is uncanny as you see the world today and how the virus has put into effect the meat shortage and the scientific development of artificial meat. the reasons we are headed toward a civil war. etc. everything he has said years ago is incrementalism and coming to pass. very creepy. many people thought preppers were crazy but now not so much. scouts motto be prepared

Life is not a series of random events but is orchestrated through a set of natural laws that govern life on Earth. Once we understand these laws, we will have a better understanding of how life works. Once we understand how life works, we can make it work for us instead of against us. This book is a guidebook intended to offer knowledge that you can use throughout life. If I could sum up this entire book in one statement, it would be: Your mind is literally shaping the world around you.

it has examples and some interesting points but the overal how to do it was mentioned but there is no study to provide. mention that hypnosis worked to change the subconscious thought action but had nothing to practice. the scientific examples became irritating when all I wanted was a way to create a new me which was spoken of and yet there was no "thing" provided to substantiate the practice of changing ones self. to me I just wanted what it said to help us with but it lacked. in a bit disappointed.

I have read many books on the subject. This author knows how to blend and bring examples together to make it all make perfect sense. I enjoyed the audio book. The voice was not mechanical or robotic. It was as if you were being spoke to as an audience listening to a story with emotion and feeling. Well done and not what I expected. It's excellent and beyond my expectations. This author is now my new favorite.
