Historia
The world’s greatest bodybuilder. The world’s highest-paid movie star. The leader of the world’s sixth-largest economy. That these are the same person sounds like the setup to a joke, but this is no joke. This is Arnold Schwarzenegger. And this did not happen by accident. Arnold’s stratospheric success happened as part of a process. As the result of clear vision, big thinking, hard work, direct communication, resilient problem-solving, open-minded curiosity, and a commitment to giving back. All of it guided by the one lesson Arnold’s father hammered into him above all: be useful.

Brilliant
Revisado: 01-20-25
I am a big Arnold fan. Although, i think the body building journey seems so egotistical in general. His acting literally sucked in his first few years and it appears he switched parties once becoming governor.
With that being said, Arnold has created an absolutely amazing adventure of his life in several different careers. His tenacity, incredible mental focus and relentless passion for achieving his dreams makes this book a must read/ listen.
His stories are inspirational, his courage is unmatched and his ability to network with the industry's most influential people demonstrates a confidence that he can ultimately deliver in a meaningful way.
My favorite parts are simply the old school approach to " making yourself useful ". This generation seems to think that success and respect are entitlements. However the true success stories lie in the essence of hard work and learn everything you can from anyone you work for mentally. then aspire for more.
My favorite part is Arnolds acknowledgment that he nor any great, successful man owes a debt of gratitude to everyone who helped him along the way!!!!
Helping others, especially our youth should be everyone's legacy.

A waste of time?

This review may not be relevant as I could not get past the fourth chapter. Congratulations to Mr. Lewis for his magnificent success through the journey of life. This manifesto is more about acknowledging the people in his life and counting his accomplishments. I’m seeking practical knowledge in a relatively simple manner. This book reeks of ego. I admire successful people, I just don’t need to have their success waved in my face. Not a single take away in the first four chapters other than a quote from John Maxwell.
