I have read/listen to every Longmire book, and they are all good. This one hit a little different, I don't think I've ever gotten through a book so fast. Excellent writinng, a great story, and downright chilling at times. I actually found myself with a dread in the pit of my stomach more than once. Couple that with the narration by George Guidall, and I don't know how you could get any better. Wow!

Good story, bad editing.

The story was interesting, if somewhat slow at times. The author does a good job narrating, but there are dozens of editing errors throughout the book. It seems like the put the final cut together and then nobody bothered checking it.
