I can't say enough about this book. The information is so well researched and it delivers much more information than what you'd expect in any normal sleep aid book. The author covers improving quality of sleep, but also many ways in which sleep can effect your overall health positively and negatively. How to use sleep to increase weight loss and improve your overall health is just a tip of the iceberg. This is a must read and one I definitely plan to read again!

This was such an amazing book to listen to. It was so chock full of information that I feel that I could listen two more times and get more out of it. You may want to keep a note pad and pen handy when reading this one. Such great information that you will want to hold on to!
