This book was excellent at moving through the points of Health efficiently and powerfully. I am so grateful to have benefited from this incredible work. The practical to-do list as well as the notes about where the information came from whether it be studies, anecdotal, or observing the elders made the book engaging and gave hope for a brighter future beyond longevity. 100% recommend!

When I first started to listen to this book, I thought "oh great here we go again another- I Am Woman hear me roar - it's all the men's fault and you should give me what I want because I'm a girl." Not too far into the book I realized that that is not at all what Cheryl was saying. I found myself thoroughly enjoying this book. I found myself thoroughly in agreement with her points and suggestions for improvement. I believe this is a must-read for men and women alike. You do not need to agree with every single point she makes but the overall outcome will be fantastic. bespoke should be a staple in high school education and life ongoingly.
