This was a pretty good story and I would say it could have been an all ages story if not for the foul language around chapter 22 so because of that small section id say PG13 .
I'm a huge witch story fan so the title caught my eye but this isn't a witch read its about the searchers of water and wells and so forth. that said I'm glad I gave it a listen

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about because for a long time ive heard people wanting a strong female lead in a story.
this was just that it was a breath of fresh air to not have a whiney love sick woman following some male like a love sick pup.
this group of friends had me smiling and enjoying the banter and all the girls being strong and confident not taking the guys crap was great. it also had me hoping for a second book for their fight against joywood and hoping for more magic.

I had this book in my audible for some time before I finally listened to it. the cover pic just didnt draw me into starting it. I finally chose to listen to it and was wonderfully surprised. I absolutely enjoyed this story. the narration was great.
of course my favorite character was MS. honey love.

the 3 stories in my opinion could be combined to 1 novel as the are 4hrs each. took me a. until book 2 to get used to narrator as her voice and tone didn't say old world witches but more uppity romance. the story however was good enough to get me past that and keep me listening. Trish is a good writer and I enjoy her books so it is worth the purchase. enjoy!
