I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. Flip or Flop as well as The Flipping El Moussa’s, and Flipping 101 are among my favorite shows I watch and I have alway been inspired by Tarek. I appreciate him telling not only the ups but the real struggles he faced. It made me think “Wow, if Tarek can overcome those obstacles, I can overcome anything.” I especially appreciate him speaking about the rejection he faced when he got started in the business. As a wholesaler I face rejection everyday and it can be discouraging, but Tarek inspired me to keep taking action and moving forward. I like how he likened the need to have urgency when finding a deal or working on a flip to the urgency we should have in life to make our dreams a reality. Thank you Tarek for the beautiful, candid story. You have inspired many people and I know this book will inspire many more. P.S. If you’re looking to hire a wholesaler let me know I live in Orange County haha.
