Story is good. A bit too hard an attempt to make her Saint Caroline by friends but a lot of information that was previously unknown.

Narrators voice is incredibly grating though. Really hard to continue so I stopped and bought the hard copy

If you want a lighthearted peanuts themed biography this isn’t for you. However it captivates you with the history from Disney to Mad Men history to insight into the complex character that is Charles Schulz.

Well read and incredibly researched. Highly recommend for any history buff

The story itself is lovely and I probably could get through it if I was reading it but I just wanted to shoot myself by chapter 14. Nothing to do with the narrator. It’s not her fault the author can’t think of another way to express someone saying ANYTHING. But good Lord it got to the point where I actually winced at the “he said, she said”. Ms Wright find a new editor bc what could have been a treat turned into a repetitive nightmare

The title of this review typically results in eye rolls and disgust from my peers. The fact remains I am proudly a supporter of constitutional rights, and limited government overreach. I also contradict the pejorative label attached to conservative women. I have a masters degree, lived and worked on 5 continents, completely self sufficient financially and as a single parent to 2 children. I speak 3 languages and own 2 homes. All accomplished on my own without any family assistance. I say this simply to reinforce that my opinion has merit, regardless of whether or not my female counterparts want to acknowledge it.
This book provided fascinating insight into our unvarnished former President. It unveils his failings as well as his many achievements. It is quite clear from the moment President Trump announced his political intentions that he would never be treated fairly nor objectively.
I was intrigued to learn about many in house obstacles he faced during his term. But moreso it simply furthered my respect and admiration for his tenacity and perseverance. Was it for his ego as well as the good of country? Most definitely but as long as it benefited the people he served I couldn’t care less if he carved his own head into Mount Rushmore.
I worry about the spiteful nature of our liberal counterparts , their behavior is that of a scorned wife who will stop at nothing. However I have faith in those who recognize the value of Trump policies as Kushner meticulously details.

Of course any story about these two will be biased either in favor or against so I take that in with a grain of salt. Let me preface this with the fact that lived in the UK for over 15 years. I had a very acrimonious divorce from a Brit and do not have a good relationship with any of my royalist loving in laws. That said - I can 100% confirm that the British people are fair, open minded and accepting as long as you do not try to insinuate your customs (particularly the much known American bravado) into their culture. As I suspected before reading this -Meghan is responsible for 90% of the so called challenges she encountered simply by allowing her ego to override a respect for the 1000 year old institution she knowingly married into.

She is not a victim due to her race she was rightfully called out for not bending to the will of the monarchy. A contract she was made well aware of months ahead of committing to them on UK tax payer dollars.

Harry needs to get over his poor me attitude. Losing a parent young is horrific. Undoubtedly moreso when it’s in the public eye but he did not have to worry about being provided for financially and that makes all the difference. I know of what I speak. My parents died in a car accident when I was 8 years old. Fortunately I never had to worry about my next meal, my education, nor my opportunities in life. Would I have traded all that for their lives. Of course! But the reality is there are countless others like myself and Harry with equal loss but without the safety net of affluence.

They both need to lose the entitled martyr act before anyone will take them seriously again. If ever
