Condescending view point on what worked for him

Thru the whole thing he talks very condescending and talks vegan as the only solution. He is out of touch and is peddling his ideas based on an addiction to alcohol as the solution to food. Skip this book unless you like being talked down to by someone with questionable research.

This book was actually chalked full of amazing facts and history surrounding the science of nutrition. However for the average person interested in nutrition for themselves and not professionally this book contains extreme amounts of information and probably is much more than the average person will need.
