With my 8 year old high functioning autistic son I got this audiobook for him. He has struggled with anger and aggression over the past year and we looked at several different books and tools to use in conjunction with his therapist to help him regulate his own emotions before he becomes a much larger child / teen. So far we have nothing to say but positive things. His therapist loves it, since it has a ton of great activities and prompts (many of which are artistic / creative) to help him learn to recognize his anger and frustration before it becomes aggressive. This audiobook gives my son age appropriate tools to communicate his needs and wants before his emotions take over.
