This is the one! Happiness is a simpler achievement than we ever thought possible. Not the crazy running around giggling type of happiness, but the kind that makes every day a great one. It makes them Super Great in fact. The Power of Super Great is set up in a format that emphasizes how to achieve happiness and why the method works over the longer storytelling format. It makes it a quick listen with a bit of story to keep the ideas fresh. The how-to sections in each chapter are well-written and easy to follow.
