Historia
Many golf psychology guides offer mental strategies and techniques to cope with the apparent pressures of the game and to address how golfers feel on the golf course. This audiobook is different. It reveals the cause of the doubts and fears rather than trying to fix the symptoms.

The Three Principles worth the read?
Revisado: 06-15-23
As a matter of fact, I found it very intriguing and hard to ignore. I couldn’t listen to it in one sitting, but I found myself squeezing any ounce and every ounce of free time to absorb it.
For a golfer like myself, who devoted many hours, days, and years to this wonderful game, the insights are a worthy departure from the cliche’ bits of regurgitated wisdom any and every wannabe coach. I’ve turned many pages searching for an antidote for nerves, doubt, and fear of failure.
Sam Jarmand introduces the golfer to himself/herself and the better player they can be, without a single swing correction. As a weekend golfer with limited practice if any, the fundamental self forgiveness and introspection of one’s own abilities, capabilities, and views will lighten the burden of self sabotage with renewed confidence and control.

Historia
I’ve been in this life for fifty years, been trying to work out its riddle for forty-two, and been keeping diaries of clues to that riddle for the last thirty-five. Notes about successes and failures, joys and sorrows, things that made me marvel, and things that made me laugh out loud. How to be fair. How to have less stress. How to have fun. How to hurt people less. How to get hurt less. How to be a good man. How to have meaning in life. How to be more me. Recently, I worked up the courage to sit down with those diaries.

Enlightening
Revisado: 06-04-22
I had previously heard Mr. Voss speak. I stumbled across the book and promised myself to read (listen to)
it.
I had recently made a large purchase and found myself in a phase of buyer’s remorse. I knew it was time to listen. I learned so much, particularly about the mistakes I had made in nearly every angle of negotiating. The wrong approaches, the concessions I gave away, the Black Swans, the anchors, etc, it was all here. What I did do right (albeit minimal), was there too.
It has literally and figuratively opened up a new way conversing and navigating in day to day life.

Dr. Ro shares an overview of wisdom
Revisado: 05-28-22
I love Dr Bob's book on putting, found this for the full game and I am even more humbled and grateful!! I've been playing 30 years always hovering around a 7 handicap. I have read several books on the short game, putting, and mental game. This book only adds to a solid foundation of fundamental building blocks that should anchor any mental approach. I'll review it again and again. Thanks Doc!!!
